Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction management.
Professional Registration (P.E. or E.I.T) preferred, but not required.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) also preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
Assist the project Resident Engineer in construction project management.
Quality review of CM team performance and deliverables.
Documentation of project risks and processing of contract invoices.
