Consor Engineers is seeking a Resident Engineer in California to support transportation construction projects through construction phases, ensuring field contract administration and coordination align with design specs and contract requirements. The role reports to the project manager.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of ten years in building construction management, with a valid driver’s license.
As a resident engineer, you'll support transportation construction projects through the construction phases, providing overall field contract administration and coordination for programs or projects of a diverse and complex nature. You'll support the construction management team to ensuring that the contractor's activities are monitored and controlled in accordance with design specifications and contractual requirements. The resident engineer reports to the project manager.
