The Salvation Army USA Western Territory in Fresno, CA seeks a Lead Residence Manager to oversee a men’s or women’s residence facility and supervise staff, while fostering a safe, respectful environment that supports beneficiaries in recovery.

Responsibilities include facility operations, supervision of desk, canteen, laundry and janitorial staff, managing rooms, coordinating events, monitoring medications and safety drills, and ensuring compliance with ARCC policies.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required; program involvement preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license with appropriate endorsement within 45 days.
• Ability to supervise beneficiaries with experience, training or interview.
• Demonstrate commitment to The Salvation Army ARC goals and mission.
• Must be free of chemical dependency if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine supervision of residence desk, canteen, laundry, and janitorial staff with training.
• Order supplies and supervise maintenance projects and safety procedures.
• Coordinate room assignments and monitor beneficiary activities and meetings.
• Conduct safety drills, manage records, and ensure policy compliance.
