Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including business managers, design, product management, engineers, and data scientists) to develop, direct, execute, and coordinate the process of advanced research initiatives.
• Respond to changing business needs to identify and maintain sensitive opportunities in an environment where balance of power and speed is critical.
• Work with internal and external partners around the world to uncover key pain points and unmet needs and turn them into actionable business recommendations.
• Proactively evangelize the role of research and practice extensively in regional and global contexts where research culture/resources are non-existent/innovative.
• Go beyond competing ideas and ways to communicate powerful ideas, goals and stories that can reach diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Discover opportunities to establish new insights and capabilities in developing our industry research services.
