Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience working with large-scale data.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills, especially in experimentation or product contexts.
• Solid product analytics intuition, applied in user interface or specific audience contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate insights and drive product change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, design, execute, and analyze experiments, and communicate actionable recommendations to influence product decisions.
• Drive product improvements through evidence-based research, causal inference, experimentation, and AI models.
• Lead the design, implementation, and understanding of experiments.
• Proactively conduct data research on user behavior channels to identify future opportunities.
• Define and monitor appropriate metrics to measure progress in product areas.
• Build strong relationships with teams across product, design, engineering, and consumer research.
