We want an accomplished Senior Analyst to lead innovation and provide technical support on a broad range of global expense automation and enablement projects. The ideal applicant must be capable of working independently and possess solid leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a focus on deliverables.

Obligations

• Identify, plan, and build innovation enablement projects within the cost division to improve efficiency in cost processes.
• Foster a good understanding of various innovations, frameworks, and tools to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects.
• Maintain and develop cost automation and framework solutions using tools such as Google Apps, Content, Alteryx, robotics (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Power BI/Powervirtual, and others.
• Assist with user acceptance testing on cost frameworks or data/reports from non-cost frameworks.
• Architect, create, and maintain complex data models using tools like Power BI/Scene to translate business insights into cost data by integrating unique data sources and tables into a comprehensive story.
• Work within ERP frameworks, proprietary frameworks, and large datasets to create custom tables, dashboards, and additional reports for downstream cost processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Audit, FinTech, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, etc.) and external counsel to identify, design, and deliver innovative solutions for the cost division.

Capabilities

• Degree in Information Science, Software Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience working with large data (e.g., Snowflake, SQL datasets), data lakes/big data, and data‑defined programming and tools (e.g., OneSource, Vertex).
• Familiarity with ERP frameworks (Prophet, SAP, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Openness to normal business days; experience with ERP platforms is a plus.
• Self‑starter who can juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks quickly.
