Qualifications

• PhD in public policy, economics, sociology, demography, higher education, or related field by start date.
• Extensive experience with advanced quantitative methods and quasi‑experimental designs.
• Experience preparing longitudinal datasets and leading research projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret objectives and research questions for projects.
• Develop knowledge of literature and policy context to inform research.
• Clean, code, and manage longitudinal data using Stata or R.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute research.
• Guide junior researchers and contractors to ensure quality and timely outputs.
