Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to train/manage lab members.
• Organizational skills to monitor recruitment numbers across studies.
• Passion for research and learning laboratory methods.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Proficiency with data collection software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize undergraduate training, scheduling, and duties.
• Lead recruitment efforts for multiple research studies.
• Perform data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with participants, graduate students, and staff to ensure protocols.
• Order and organize supplies; draft materials for presentations/publications.
• Screen and schedule participants, obtain MRI safety clearance.
• Oversee REDCap data and shared databases with other universities.
• Maintain safety documentation for staff (MRI safety, CPR, CITI, PAR-Q).
