Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in microbiology, biochemistry, chemistry, or molecular biology.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on research experience.
• Experience with natural product extraction and chromatography.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., LC-MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop microfluidics-based high-throughput screening platform.
• Execute biochemical and microbiological assays to identify antibacterial targets.
• Support high-throughput and focused screening, including assay development and data analysis.
• Participate in hit triage, secondary assays, and compound characterization.
• Operate and maintain LC, HPLC, plate readers, and microfluidic sorters.
• Manage lab inventories, supplies, and safety compliance.
• Contribute to protocols, data management, and reports.
• Provide training and technical support to students and new lab members.
