Sereact GmbH is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to join our R&D hub in the Boston area. You will lead the development of Vision-Language-Action models enabling robots to understand and interact with the world, bridging research and real-world embodied intelligence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Core Robotics and Hardware teams to deploy AI models on physical platforms, with an emphasis on publications and industry impact.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in CS/ML/Robotics or related field with focus on deep learning and CV.
• Significant publications and citations at major AI/ robotics conferences.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale VLA models and foundation architectures for robotic manipulation and navigation.
• Develop strategies for multi-modal data collection and synthetic data generation; fine-tune large-scale models.
• Optimize model inference for real-time robotic applications.
• Publish high-impact papers at NeurIPS, CVPR, ICRA, CoRL, etc.
• Collaborate with Core Robotics and Hardware teams to integrate AI models into platforms.
