Job summary

Sereact in Boston seeks a Senior Research Scientist to develop Vision-Language-Action models enabling robots to understand and interact with the world. You will work at the intersection of large-scale foundation models and embodied AI, translating research into deployed systems.

Collaborate with Core Robotics and Hardware teams; publish at NeurIPS, CVPR, ICRA, CoRL. A PhD or MS in CS/ML/Robotics and expertise in PyTorch/JAX, Transformers, and LLMs are required.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in CS/ML/Robotics or related field.
• Strong publication record at major conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICCV, ICRA, CoRL).
• Experience in leading AI research environments and publication pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale Vision-Language-Action models for robotic manipulation and navigation.
• Develop multi-modal data collection and efficient fine-tuning of large models.
• Optimize model inference for real-time robotic applications.
• Collaborate with Core Robotics and Hardware teams to deploy AI on physical platforms.
• Publish high-impact papers at top conferences.
