• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant program experience.
• Experience coordinating complex federally funded research studies.
• Experience in an academic medical center, healthcare, or university environment.

Responsibilities

• Research Program and Study Operations Management across multiple studies; develop workflows and SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Participant Recruitment, Regulatory Compliance, and Research Coordination across studies, IRB submissions, and HIPAA adherence.
• Research Administration, Data Management, and Program Development Support, including grant planning and dissemination of findings.
