Responsibilities

• Coordinate observational or non-interventional research activities.
• Provide operational support compliant with GPP, SOPs, and policies.
• Oversee data collection, chart reviews, and database studies.
• Track timelines and deliverables; manage budgets and invoices.
• Review study documents: monitoring, PM, safety plans.
• Support protocol and interim/final report preparation.
• Draft agendas and minutes for meetings; coordinate logistics.
• Ensure consent, compliance, contracts, and budget approvals.
• Explain procedures for observational studies to stakeholders.
• Coordinate confidentiality and external engagement meetings.
• Participate in data quality and publication support.
• Help with publication development and journal submissions.
• Contribute to process improvements and mentoring.
