Job summary

You will partner with RDAI, Outcomes Research, and stakeholders to ensure study execution, milestones, and compliant documentation across the study lifecycle.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, protocol and publication support, and experience in GPP-compliant operations, budgeting, and document review.

Qualifications

• : Requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or public health or related field
• : Master’s degree preferred in life sciences or public health; PMP/CAPM preferred
• : Three+ years of clinical/observational research experience; strong communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of observational or non-interventional research activities.
• Provides operational support for research conduct in line with GPP, SOPs, and company policies.
• Manages budgets, timelines, and invoices; tracks milestones and deliverables.
• Supports protocol and report preparations and internal approvals.
• Drafts meeting agendas/minutes and coordinates internal/external meetings.
• Ensures compliance with informed consent, site contracts, and adverse event processes.
