Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of market research experience, including significant client-facing work.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and development.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-service quantitative and/or qualitative research engagements from question to delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SPSS or similar quantitative tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Pantry portfolio within Food, balancing client demand, business priorities, team capacity, research quality and sustainable delivery.
• Personally lead and execute full-service quantitative and/or qualitative research engagements, including design, programming, fieldwork, analysis, storytelling and delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of research professionals with clear expectations and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and prioritize work across the Pantry team, balancing engagements, capacity, complexity and priorities.
• Set a high bar for research excellence and client experience with strategic guidance and hands-on support for complex engagements.
• Act as a trusted research consultant to translate business questions into fit-for-purpose approaches and connect clients to Scintilla capabilities.
• Build partnerships with Account Management and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and support growth across Scintilla’s capabilities.
• Anticipate challenges, make decisions and raise risks with clear context and recommendations when alignment is needed.
• Develop understanding of Pantry business and client landscape to surface insights and opportunities for the Research Director for Food and broader team.
• Champion Scintilla and Research Services, sharing client feedback and market learnings to strengthen capabilities.
