• Plans, guides and executes a research program to meet business opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and advance sub-program goals.
• Design solutions and write research protocols with input from project teams.
• Perform analyses and write reports with clear conclusions and next steps.
• Identify and manage external partners; oversee contracting and data ownership.
• Improve research partner performance and consultant engagement.
• File invention applications with minimal oversight.
• Incorporate trends and competitor awareness into product development.
• Apply regulatory knowledge (IRB/IDE/Design Control/PMA) to research SOPs.
