Aufgaben

• Provides the project team with advanced leadership, planning, and coordination for high‑impact and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Leads the definition and governance of scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks for complex projects or programs.
• Develops strategic vendor partnerships in collaboration with Global Sourcing.
• Serves as a key liaison between Sr. Management, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization.
• Partners with regulatory and QA to ensure full compliance integration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentors team members and leads a high‑performance culture.
• Develops and sustains long‑term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and business alignment.
• Aligns and delivers program outcomes with Cooper’s long‑term strategy, vision, and goals.
• Demonstrates mature leadership style that resonates with a range of stakeholders.
• Works with Project Managers to ensure the true cost benefits are known, presented, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Elevates project management maturity by influencing best practices and adoption of PMO tools (dashboards, EOM, 4‑blockers, others).
• Generates and maintains overall resource plan enabling optimum use of GTIG resources across the project portfolio reflecting business priorities.
• Leads Project reporting forums for GTIG.
• Supports GTIG’s strategic planning (VMOST).
• Supports project prioritization alignment with GTIG and OLT strategic process.
• Supports GTIG’s Finance and HR Cycles.
• Fosters an innovative culture by leading industry benchmarking initiatives, shaping the tech landscape, and driving innovation frameworks.
• Manages relationships by establishing credibility, anticipating stakeholder needs, and navigating complex communications.
