Qualifications

• Terminal degree (PhD) in social/behavioral health sciences, public health, sociology, or related field.
• At least five years of demonstrated experience with qualitative and mixed methods research.
• Experience leading qualitative components of clinical and health services research projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and reporting of qualitative research or evaluation tasks.
• Collect, manage, and analyze qualitative data independently or with a team.
• Provide coaching on qualitative methods and interviews; guide ATLAS.ti use.
• Develop qualitative data collection tools and arrange transcription/translation when needed.
• Support IRB reviews for qualitative methods as needed.
• Lead the development and maintenance of quantitative data collection and dashboards.
• Design and implement web-based data collection in REDCap and/or Qualtrics.
• Create data reports and dashboards using R, Excel, REDCap, or Qualtrics.
• Design and implement mixed-methods analysis plans and multiple-method analyses.
• Co-author peer-reviewed manuscripts and professional publications.
