Job summary

The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting a Research Grants Project Manager within the College of Education and Human Development. The role oversees the full lifecycle of sponsored projects, including proposal development, budget preparation, award management, and regulatory compliance, coordinating complex interdisciplinary proposals and advising faculty on funding requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of related experience, or a Master’s degree plus one year.
• Experience with pre-award and post-award grant activities and budget management.
• Knowledge of sponsor or institutional compliance requirements.

• Oversee full lifecycle of sponsored projects from proposal to award management.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary and multi-institutional proposals; advise on funding opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and regulatory compliance; develop grant administration policies.
