Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Ceramics, Chemical or Electrical engineering with 5+ years related experience.
• Graduate studies preferred (Master's or PhD).
• Strong knowledge of a specialized technical discipline and cross-disciplinary application.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to modify methods and designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to long term projects resulting in business advantages; conduct research and pilot/plant trials.
• Develop deployment standards and enable plant-level adoption.
• Develop patents or intellectual property for strategic advantage.
• Lead new product commercialization through multi-stage development and transition to operations.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
