Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical, controls/electrical or mechatronic.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering and/or technical fields.
- Demonstrated experience automating processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to influence stakeholders in a complex matrix.
Responsibilities
- Leads cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate automation projects, improving safety and delivering business value.
- Plans and executes feasibility and evaluation studies of automation technologies; solves related issues.
- Independently develops parallel paths for short-term and long-term automation solutions.
- Coordinates with Operations, Engineering and Finance teams to develop business case details for automation solutions.
- Manages supplier and contractor activities for projects, including commissioning and training.
