Job summary

Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute invites a Senior Research Assistant to join the Division of Chronic Disease Research Across the Lifecourse (CoRAL). The role includes data work for multiple studies, including recruiting participants, report generation, data validation, and dataset preparation for external partners.

It also covers software maintenance and documentation duties. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year with related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports data collection and management, project timelines and data tasks for multiple cohort studies.
• Assist in development and coordination of data collection tools (surveys, forms) and maintain project databases (REDCap, Ripple, or similar).
• Support database creation, data problem identification/resolution, and results reporting.
• Collaborate with internal staff and external study partners; attend meetings with co-investigators.
• Perform day-to-day tasks in support of research studies.
