This role focuses on data work across multiple studies, including recruitment, validation, dataset creation, and technical support for data systems. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal staff and external partners, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year with related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Supports data collection and management for multiple research cohort studies.
• Assists in developing data collection tools (surveys/forms) and maintains project databases.
• Participates in data review, cleaning, and reporting; develops programs to support data tasks.
• Collaborates with internal staff and external study partners; attends staff and co-investigator meetings.
• Performs day-to-day general tasks in support of research studies.

In this position, the Senior Research Assistant will conduct data work for several research studies based at the Department of Population Medicine DPM). This work includes tasks such as recruiting research participants, report generation, data validation, database updates, dataset creation for external partners, preparation of datasets, and additional technical work.
