Job summary

Point32Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Assistant to support data work for multiple population health studies within the CoRAL division.

Responsibilities include recruitment, dataset creation, data validation, and preparing data for external partners, with additional administrative duties as needed. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with data tools such as REDCap or Ripple.

Qualifications

• Supports data collection and management, data project timelines, technical infrastructure and other data tasks for several research cohort studies.
• Assists in development and coordination of data collection tools, such as surveys and data collection forms, for research studies, including maintaining project databases (REDCap, Ripple, or similar)
• Support database creation, data problem identification and resolution, and results reporting.
• Participate in data review, cleaning, and organization including developing programs to support database creation, data problem identification and resolution, and results reporting.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal staff and external study partners. Attend and actively participate in staff, data/operations, and co-investigator meetings for multiple projects.
• Provides support to internal and external data and project collaborators
• Performs day-to-day general tasks in support of research studies
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
