Point32Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Assistant to conduct data work for several cohorts in the Division of Chronic Disease Research Across the Lifecourse (CoRAL). The role includes recruiting participants, generating reports, validating data, updating databases, and preparing datasets for external partners.

The position also involves administrative tasks, maintaining software and data documentation, and supporting internal and external collaborators across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year with related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Capable of completing very detail-oriented tasks
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Microsoft Office; Word and Excel required.
• Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative.

Responsabilités

• Supports data collection and management, data project timelines, technical infrastructure and other data tasks for several research cohort studies.
• Assists in development and coordination of data collection tools, such as surveys and data collection forms, for research studies, including maintaining project databases (REDCap, Ripple, or similar)
• Support database creation, data problem identification and resolution, and results reporting.
• Participate in data review, cleaning, and organization including developing programs to support database creation, data problem identification and resolution, and results reporting.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal staff and external study partners. Attend and actively participate in staff, data/operations, and co-investigator meetings for multiple projects.
• Provides support to internal and external data and project collaborators
• Performs day-to-day general tasks in support of research studies
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
