Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services is seeking a Research Specialist IV in Austin to lead advanced work measurement studies, RMS analyses, and timekeeping processes across HHSC programs. You will train staff, coordinate data collection, and prepare major agency reports with strong analytical methods.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting or evaluation.
• Ability to coordinate and monitor projects and teams.
• Strong skills in Excel and data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Attends regular schedule and performs duties as assigned.
• Coordinates, plans, and monitors WM and RMS studies and related cost allocation.
• Provides training and technical assistance to study participants and HHSC staff.
• Updates study instruments, timekeeping sheets and SSCAC files.
• Collects and analyzes data using Excel Power Queries and conducts QA reviews.
