Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland is seeking a Research Coordinator III for the Nguyen Lab on the Main Campus. The role centers on translating innovative technologies into clinical applications across cardiology, biomedical engineering and radiology, with focus on MRI, regenerative therapies and AI integration.

You will manage complex human subject research projects, ensure protocol compliance, and support study design, regulatory documents and data monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and five years of experience as a Research Coordinator II or three years with a Bachelor's.
• Proficient with computer-based skills (word processing, Outlook, Excel, databases, presentation software).
• Understanding of basic study design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate coordination and compliance with human subject research projects.
• Assist with study design and protocol development as applicable.
• Independently direct large, complex, multi-center clinical research protocols and coordinate implementation and conduct.
• Report Serious Adverse Events and complete FDA and sponsor forms per GCP guidelines.
• Communicate with sponsors, monitors and research personnel to ensure study compliance.
• Serve as liaison between investigators, research personnel, outside study personnel and central offices.
• Plan, conduct and evaluate project protocols, including subject recruitment.
