Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Senior Research Associate in Analytical Development—Separation Sciences in Massachusetts. You will independently plan and execute routine and moderately complex experiments, analyze data, and contribute to technical documents and project deliverables.

You will work on separation-based analytics for biologics, using chromatographic and electrophoretic methods, and support method development, transfer, and QC readiness with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience.
• Experience with separation-based analytical methods for biologics.
• Familiarity with listed chromatographic techniques and glycan analysis.
• Knowledge of chromatography instrumentation and digital systems.
• Understanding of biologics quality attributes and data integrity.
• Ability to document results with good GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document chromatography-based experiments for biologics.
• Contribute to method development, qualification, validation, and transfer.
• Prepare protocols, lab records, and technical reports for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate internal/external testing and communicate data clearly.
• Identify issues and propose corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
