Job summary

Ventana's Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) is seeking a Research Associate in Oro Valley, AZ onsite for a 12-month engagement. You will conduct research, development and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support Ventana projects.

You design, execute and interpret experiments, prepare reports and protocols, and present results within the department and project teams, while maintaining GMP/GLP compliant documentation and scientific literature familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
• Master’s degree acceptable with up to one year of relevant experience.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant post-college experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects.
• Design, execute and interpret experiments contributing to project strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss results within department and project team.
• Maintain high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature; comply with GMP/GLP and Design Control.
• May act as principal investigator in conducting own experiments.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences preferred)
