Job summary

Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) is seeking a Research Associate to conduct research, development and manufacturing laboratory experiments supporting Ventana projects. The role involves designing, executing and interpreting experiments, and presenting results to the project team.

The candidate will prepare technical reports and maintain laboratory documentation, while staying current with scientific literature and possibly presenting at conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred; Master’s acceptable with up to one year of relevant experience.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant post-college experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development and manufacturing lab experiments to support Ventana projects.
• Exercise technical expertise in design, execution and interpretation of experiments.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses; present results within department and project team.
• Maintain professional expertise via scientific literature; participate in conferences if applicable.
• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control and related policies; maintain accurate lab documentation.
• May act as principal investigator in conducting own experiments.
