• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred; Master's acceptable with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant post-college experience.
• Ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments; documentation and GMP/GLP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support company projects.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments contributing to project strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and perform quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss experimental results within the department and project team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge by reviewing literature and participating in conferences.
• Adhere to GMP, GLP, Design Control, and related company standards.
• Maintain complete laboratory documentation and electronic files.
• May act as principal investigator in conducting experiments.
