Qualifications

• BS or MS in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industry drug discovery/development experience.
• Experience with AAV gene therapy assays and genome titration (qPCR, ddPCR).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Experience with MSD/HTRF/AlphaLISA/Luminex technologies.
• Automation platform experience (Bravo, Echo, I.DOT).
• Proficient ELN documentation and data integrity.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive drug discovery and development projects with scientific manager.
• Culture, maintain mammalian cells, manage reagents and stocks.
• Design, optimize, automate, execute, and troubleshoot assays (cellular, biochemical, in vitro).
• Standardize and optimize assay protocols and draft SOPs.
• Document methods, data, and results in ELN with reproducibility.
• Present data at project team meetings to support decisions.
• Allocate ~80% of time to benchtop science.
