WuXi AppTec Group is seeking a Research Associate III in San Diego to join our assay development team. You will support cell-based and biochemical assays and contribute to high-throughput screening efforts used in SAR programs.

The role requires a strong background in molecular and cell biology, mammalian cell culture, and precise data communication with internal teams and clients. This is an on-site laboratory position in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Molecular Biology required with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of complex scientific procedures with proficiency in molecular and cell biology.
• Excellent written and oral communication in a team setting.

Aufgaben

• Support cell-based assays and biochemical assays as requested.
• Support High throughput screening and SAR-ready assays in 96- or 384-well formats.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of molecular and cell biology; experience in mammalian cell culture and compound handling.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver world-class services.
