Job summary

Asimov is seeking a Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist (Contractor) to join the Analytical Development team in Boston for a 6-month term. You will run developability and biophysical screening panels across HIC, AC-SINS, DSF, ELISA, and SEC, delivering ranked data to guide candidate selections.

You will support routine PQ analytics for CLD with high-throughput sample processing and automated handling where available.

Qualifications

• You have a B.S. or M.S. with hands-on lab experience in biopharma or related field.
• You are proficient with plate-based assays and microplate readers (ELISA) and HPLC/UPLC separations.
• You have experience with high-throughput workflows and automated liquid handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute developability and biophysical screening panel at plate scale (HIC, AC-SINS, DSF, ELISA, SEC).
• Deliver ranked, decision-ready data to support candidate selection and CLD programs.
• Perform PQ analytical delivery including small-scale purification and HPLC/UPLC-based assays.
• Manage 96-well format processing, system suitability checks, and reference standards.
• Collaborate with method owners to install/qualify new assays and own routine execution.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain GLP-compliant notebooks, SOPs, and technical reports; support continuous improvement.
