Qualifications

Experience maintaining detailed laboratory records in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision.
Conduct research and development to support Ventana projects and strategies.
Prepare technical reports, summaries, and analyses for teams and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation per GMP/GLP and Design Control requirements.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical input and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and potential patentable ideas.
Train and guide colleagues while ensuring quality and adherence to Quality First Time.
