Job Title: Institutional Research Analyst - Joint Education Assessment Advisor

SAIC is seeking an institutional research analyst to support the Joint Staff, J-7, as a Joint Education Assessment Advisor. The ideal candidate will be an experienced researcher with a background in military education, skilled in data identification, collection, maintenance, analysis, and effective communication of findings.

Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) performance data and document findings in formal reports for senior military leadership.
2. Plan and report on J7 reviews of JPME program processes.
3. Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for program reviews, analyze performance metrics, and brief stakeholders at meetings and conferences.
4. Support the implementation of outcomes-based assessment approaches for JPME.
5. Standardize data collection, analysis, and interpretation practices to ensure report accuracy and integrity.
6. Assist in revising standard operating procedures related to JPME.
7. Represent J7 on the Military Education Assessment Advisory Committee (MEAAC) and support focus group activities, making recommendations to the Military Education Coordination Council Working Group (MECC WG).
8. Communicate analysis effectively through presentations, narratives, and reports tailored to the audience.
9. Provide technical and analytical data support to the Joint Education Branch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 13+ years of experience.
• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in working with data from multiple electronic sources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
