Description

Chevo is currently hiring a Senior Operations Research Analyst to join our DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Sector Management (CISA SM) team. This position offers significant client interaction and involves performing and summarizing complex research, along with federal agency strategy, policy drafting, and facilitation of senior executive-level cross-agency forums. The role is hybrid, based in Arlington, VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Understand CISA's tools and business processes quickly.
2. Support research, analysis, and development of strategy and policy documents.
3. Interact with project team members and client personnel at various levels, incorporating technical information.
4. Develop and produce documents communicating information to Federal stakeholders.
5. Prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, transcribe notes, track information, and create reports.
6. Create and coordinate professional-quality strategic meeting support products, including memos, presentations, and talking points, free of errors.
7. Analyze and synthesize information into client deliverables for non-technical audiences.
8. Strategically plan for clients' activities and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Secret Clearance
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills and professional client presentation

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with CISA, Sector Risk Management Agency, or Infrastructure Risk Sector work
• Active DHS/CISA Entry of Delivery (EOD) clearance

Salary and Benefits:

SALARY RANGE: $87,000 - $125,000

Eligible for performance-based bonus.
