Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a Requirements Traceability SME to support HQ SACT Capability Development (CAPDEV) activities and related programs.

You will perform independent quality assurance, maintain traceability of capability lifecycle information, and support requirements engineering, change, and configuration management across IPTs and leadership teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in requirements engineering and/or management in the last 10 years.
• Experience evaluating requirements traceability across DOTMLPFI.
• Experience in requirements development and facilitation.
• Active NATO or National Secret clearance for duration of contract.
• Must be a national of a NATO member country.
• Proficiency in English per STANAG 6001 SLP 3333.
• Recent experience with formal configuration and change management.
• Experience with DOORS Next or equivalent RM system.
• Onsite work required by client.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent quality and process assurance for capability development activities.
• Identify gaps, risks, ambiguities, and potential delivery issues early in lifecycle.
• Manage CAPA and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Maintain traceability and quality of lifecycle information.
• Support requirements engineering, change and configuration management, and related reporting.
• Produce quality assurance reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support automation and digitization initiatives by documenting business requirements.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and meetings.
