Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Requirements Management Lead to guide a mission execution solutions team in balancing customer and internal requirements. You will manage a hybrid mix of processes and tools to ensure prioritzation and alignment with high‑level plans while coordinating across divisions.

The role requires DoD experience, strong knowledge of IT project management, and Agile sprint planning. Active security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for IT teams.
• Experience conducting elicitation, analysis, traceability, validation and verification.
• Proficiency documenting and aligning IT requirements to Agile sprints.

Responsibilities

• Creating/improving methodology, processes, and tools.
• Supporting system design and technical performance requirements.
• Informing government leads on status and progress of all projects.
• Supporting setup, update, and review of Quality Assurance and Configuration Management plans.
• Leading DoD-related requirements management activities and DoDAF documentation.
