Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Requirements Management Lead to guide a mission execution solutions team in balancing customer and internal requirements. You will manage a hybrid mix of processes and tools to ensure prioritzation and alignment with high‑level plans while coordinating across divisions.

The role requires DoD experience, strong knowledge of IT project management, and Agile sprint planning. Active security clearance is preferred.

Job Description:

• As a Requirements Management Lead on our team you will support a mission execution solutions team. Assist the team in developing Request/Requirement/Prioritization approach that helps product team leads balance customer requirements, and internal requirements and user requests. The teams use a ticketing systems to manage work at the product level and these tools must stay in sync with the high-level Section or Division level Request/Requirement/Prioritization solution that is currently being defined. This will be a combination of technical solutions and process creation to drive toward a smooth, coordinated and sustainable Request/Requirement/Prioritization approach that provides management level viability to priorities and team level planning.

The Requirements Management Lead shall posses the following capabilities:

• Creating/improving methodology, processes, and tools.
• Supporting system design and technical performance requirements.
• Informing government leads on status and progress of all projects.
• Supporting setup, update, and/or review of Quality Assurance plans, Integrated Master Plans, and Configuration Management plans.
• Desired:
• Demonstrated domain knowledge of IT Project Management, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development.
• Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views.
• Agile Methodologies certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning.
• Experience supporting technical IT development teams in the DoD.
• Experience with successful execution of process improvement.
• Ten (10) years of experience working in the DoD.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field and ten (10) years of direct experience in requirements management for technical IT solution projects OR High School Diploma and fifteen (15) years of combined experience in requirements management for technical IT solution projects, System/Software development, IT systems administration, cybersecurity compliance.
• Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in a role such as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator for programs of similar scope or complexity.
• Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams.
• Experience conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for IT systems.
• Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 185,000-240,000
