Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior-Level Requirements Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard in delivering modern C5I capabilities. You will lead requirements development, analysis, management, and documentation, supervise the requirements team, and administer enterprise tools to ensure baselines align with mission needs.

This hybrid role at the THOR office in Virginia Beach, VA requires a Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and travel up to 10% to CONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 6 years of requirements experience in development, analysis, management, or documentation.
• Experience with DOORS Foundation/Advanced or similar tool.
• Proficiency with DHS/USCG compliance documents formatting.
• MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe.
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of requirement sets with Government personnel.
• Supervise the requirements team and administer enterprise toolset.
• Analyze requirements to identify gaps and traceability issues.
• Manage requirements data, changes, and baselines.
• Develop and maintain traceability reports and data dictionaries.
• Model requirements using UML/ SysML / LML and train Government users.
