Momentum Engineering in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Requirements Analyst 2 to support Federal Government and IC customers by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and tracking technical and operational requirements.

The role serves as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations to help ensure requirements are clearly defined, properly routed, and aligned with program objectives.

Competenze

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Two years of relevant experience in requirements gathering within the Federal Government or IC.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; five additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and tracking technical or operational requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Elicit and analyze IT requirements to determine customer needs.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, technical teams, and implementation organizations.
• Interface with IT professionals to support production, storage, communication, and dissemination of information related to software applications and computer hardware.
• Record requirements using approved systems, tools, and templates, including Remedy and SM7.
• Review requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, consistent, and properly documented.
• Identify conflicting, incomplete, or ambiguous requirements and support resolution with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain requirement procedures and related documentation.
• Prepare and deliver statistical data associated with requirements activity and status.
• Prepare requirements status reviews and support formal program or technical reviews.
• Review requirements and provide recommendations regarding provisioning and implementation.
• Verify compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements to reduce misrouting risk.
• Monitor and report progress, identify problems, and recommend resolutions.
• Communicate issues clearly and work with stakeholders on practical solutions.
• Verify that strategies and objectives are addressed.
• Write, review, and maintain technical documentation supporting program activities.
• Support traceability and accountability throughout requirements lifecycle.
