Job summary

Sonoco Products Company is seeking a Senior CSR – Inside Sales in Charlotte, NC, onsite. You will partner with sales, supply chain, and manufacturing to drive daily customer interactions, support VMI implementations, and manage pricing and inventory with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in manufacturing customer service, inventory/replenishment know-how, and occasional travel (15–20%).

While reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, the Senior CSR – Inside Sales will partner with the sales, supply chain and manufacturing organizations as part of a cross-functional Customer Service Team to facilitate daily interactions with customers.
