Job summary

Inadev Corporation in Reston, VA seeks a Senior Reporting Analyst to lead program and delivery reporting for the platform. You will design dashboards, metrics, and executive reports, turning data into actionable insights for leadership and clients.

You will mentor junior analysts, leverage AI-assisted tooling, and collaborate across delivery, financial, and quality metrics to drive improvements on large programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of reporting, BI, or data-analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and BI tooling (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience on large programs with formal reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting standards and data sources across delivery, financial, and quality metrics
• Analyze delivery data to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting for program leadership and client stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build program dashboards, metrics, and executive reports
• Define reporting standards and data sources across delivery, financial, and quality metrics
• Analyze delivery data to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
