Job summary

Inadev Corporation in Reston, VA seeks a Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst to lead requirements and analysis for delivery. You will elicit and document complex requirements, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide teams and junior analysts, leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools.

In this full-time, hybrid role (3-4 days in Reston and client locations in the Washington DC area), you will mentor junior analysts, support UAT planning, and ensure deliverables

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis experience on IT programs.
• Strong requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

Position Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst/Data Analysis leads requirements and analysis for delivery. You will elicit and document complex requirements, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide teams and junior analysts, leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools.

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
• Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of business analysis experience on IT programs
• Strong requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Federal IT or financial-regulatory experience
• CBAP or Agile Analysis certification
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis tooling

Salary Description

$140,000-$150,000 (based on pertinent experience)
