Job summary

Inadev Corporation is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to lead program and delivery reporting. You will design dashboards and metrics, turning data into actionable insights for leadership and clients, while mentoring junior analysts and leveraging AI-assisted reporting tools.

The role involves hybrid work in Reston, VA, with responsibilities across delivery, financial, and quality metrics, plus EVM/financial reporting support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of reporting, BI, or data-analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and BI tooling proficiency.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication.
• Experience on large programs with formal reporting requirements.
• SQL and data-modeling experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tooling.

The Senior Reporting Analyst leads program and delivery reporting for the platform. You will design dashboards and metrics, turn program data into actionable insight for leadership and the client, and mentor junior analysts, making heavy use of AI-assisted reporting and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build program dashboards, metrics, and executive reports
• Define reporting standards and data sources across delivery, financial, and quality metrics
• Analyze delivery data to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting for program leadership and client stakeholders
• Automate reporting pipelines and leverage AI-assisted analytics tooling
• Mentor and review the work of reporting analysts
• Support EVM / financial reporting in partnership with program management

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Federal program reporting or EVM experience
