Job summary

Inadev Corporation seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and analysis for IT delivery in Reston, VA. You will elicit, document, and translate complex business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding teams and junior analysts with AI-assisted analysis tools.

You will also model processes, data flows, and workflows, support UAT, and drive backlog refinement with Product Owners, ensuring high-quality deliverables across federal contractor contexts.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Senior Business Analyst leads requirements and analysis for delivery. You will elicit and document complex requirements, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide teams and junior analysts, leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements
• Translate business and regulatory needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
• Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.

Required Qualifications
