Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field (10).
• Five years machine rental experience (5).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred (5).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office Suite and internal systems) (6).
• Ability to read/interpret documents and write routine reports (5).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure customer excellence and profitability.
• Oversee rental fleet turns, warranty recovery, and service quality.
• Enforce policies and procedures to support safe, profitable operations.
• Manage branch staff including hiring, scheduling, and training; coach and mentor.
• Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets and supplier payments.
• Communicate with departments and customers to promote sales and service.
