Job summary

GRS is seeking a Senior Renewables & Data Center Project Developer to lead and manage solar, battery energy storage systems, and data center projects through the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience in project development, and strong technical knowledge of electrical systems.

This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry software like PVSyst and AutoCAD. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy (Solar/BESS) or data center sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems required.
• Native English fluency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive project development lifecycle for solar, BESS, and data center projects.
• Identify strategic locations for new project developments.
• Manage permits and licenses to advance projects to Ready-to-Build stage.
• Act as a primary contact for stakeholders and public administrations.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and schedules during project execution.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports for management.
