Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Project Developer to join its growing data center team, leading cross‑functional efforts across engineering, permitting, environmental, real estate, and transmission in PJM and other regions.

You will own project strategy, schedule, and budget, lead site acquisition, coordinate permitting and interconnection, manage stakeholder communications, and travel 25%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree and project management experience required.
• 3+ years in renewable energy or digital infrastructure development.
• Knowledge of environmental/site permitting processes.
• Strong contract negotiation track record.
• PJM familiarity a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; MS Project a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project strategy, schedule, and budget.
• Lead site acquisition and landowner negotiations.
• Coordinate permitting, environmental studies, and interconnection processes.
• Manage public relations planning and stakeholder communication.
• Travel 25%+ as needed.
